Deepam's bodywork
Osho Rebalancing & Tibetan Pulsing Healing
Individual Sessions:
Osho Rebalancing is a powerful and transformative bodywork process. It is a hands-on system that utilizes various techniques to help restore ease of movement and bring harmony to the body. Through deep-tissue massage, soft joint release, energy reading, and breath work holding patterns are recognized, and stored tension can be released. Fluidity is restored, greater energy is made available, and the full aliveness that is a birthright can be experienced.
Tibetan Pulsing Healing is an adaptation of ancient monastic work that utilizes the electrical current running through the body to apprehend and release blockages in the system. These blockages occur from trauma, shock, and injury, both physical and emotional, and are held in our organs and specific places throughout the skeletal structure. By apprehending the subtle pulsebeats of the body the practitioner can effectively melt away these blockages, so that clarity can arise, a shift in consciousness can occur, and the essential self emerge. Individual sessions begin with an eye diagnosis to ascertain where blockages lie, and are followed by specific bodywork for the area most affected. Eye reading, consultation and bodywork require from 1 to 2 hr.

My desire is to provide a protective environment for those who are courageous enough to enter their own interior realms through engaging the body. I say courageous, because this is a journey of circling back again and again to those places of pain and rage sealed up too quickly. We move, sound and breathe to open up those places, expose them to our consciousness, and free ourselves from the effort and strain of holding them at bay. This way it is the body, which cannot lie, informing the mind, which has many protective mechanisms that have often outlived their usefulness.
This work involves knowing all parts of ourselves, even those that are uncomfortable, In knowing and accepting these parts, they cease to have power over us. This creates freedom - to respond, to perceive clearly, and to act with consciousness.
For me, the most powerful healing vehicle is the body. The body, unlike the mind, is neither cunning nor deceptive. It is the language of the body in all its expressions that continues to fascinate and educate me.
Whether I am giving a massage, holding space in a group, or simply listening my attention is on the dance of the body. This language bypasses my own intellect and informs me in a profound and direct way.
