For me, the most powerful healing vehicle is the body. The body, unlike the mind, is neither cunning nor deceptive. It is the language of the body in all its expressions that continues to fascinate and educate me. Whether I am giving a massage, holding space in a group, or simply listening my attention is on the dance of the body. This language bypasses my own intellect and informs me in a profound and direct way.
