If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may cancel and receive a refund on subscription services within 30 days of activation. Please Note: Add-On Modules or extra Charges that are pay-per-use, such as SMS Text Messaging, are non-refundable.

Refunds on Upgrades
If you upgrade your service from one level to a higher one, you may not claim a refund on the additional charges incurred from upgrading.
